Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $125.

International Shipping We currently do not ship] internationally.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at dconrad.reid@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
